It is dis-heartening to see that Mr Obama should detract from his duties to dig out his birth certificate. When Bush was suspected of fixing votes he was allowed to carry on course. But,in this racist world status quo we find ourselves consistently being dragged back to square one. Berlussconi once trivialised him as a man with a tan And now the shameless Donald Trump exposes sour grapes of a country that has a vicious right wing and entertains the kkk. But the poise and dignity of this man is legendary. Obama is a worthy icon if not in that. And in that he emerged again with the intelligence and bravery that took him over insurmountable odds and maintains it in a job that physically deteriorated passed presidents Part of me wishes it were true that he was born in one of the world's most brutalised countries. That would only add to his enigma and greatness
