THE REPEALING of Section 44 and DNA removal from police databases sound encouraging, but we've heard all this before and yet they still exist and with racial disproportionality. To make progression less likely, powers are being increased with this new Crime Prevention Injunction
You can't kid the victims. The proof of the pudding is in the eating. Until such time, black boys need to be aware of their rights in defence from the police.
